Job Summary:

The Facilities Manager administers all physical operations of the shopping centers, oversees general and preventive property maintenance, in-fill construction coordination, landscaping, public safety, housekeeping, and other contracted services.  The Facilities Manager is responsible for maintaining property expenses to budget, assist in the preparation of operational reports, and requests from other departments within FDG.  The Facilities Manager functions as a working supervisor.
